Explore (9-11 yrs old)

Explore is often the first camp under canvas that many of these children experience – and it’s a great experience!

We have a team who are dedicated to making them feel right at home as they enjoy a busy week of activities on-site and off-site.

A typical week comprises of many and varied activities onsite and offsite. There is a camp circle which includes games, singing and a Bible themed talk. We also we do a mixture of crafts and activities. Offsite activities include going to the beach, local themed parks, going swimming pools and visiting local places.

Meet the Organiser…

Hello, let me introduce myself I’m Stew Lowry the Organiser for Explore.

I’ve been going to Explore as an officer for many years and enjoyed sharing the joy of the Lord with the children there.

The children arrive with excitement and for a few, a little trepidation and the camp is run to cater for these younger campers. The support team are very focused on providing a safe, caring and fun environment for the children.

Offsite activities include going to the beach, local themed parks, going swimming pools and visiting local places. We’d love to see you at Explore in 2025 and if you have any questions then please contact me on my email address below:
